Hi my name is Joy! 

I have been with Avante since 2014, I started out at the front desk and that was final confirmation that the beauty industry was where I wanted to be. I attended Paul Mitchell the School of Arlington and graduated in 2016. My passion is making people feel better about themselves and walking out of here with a newfound confidence. The services I love performing the most are Dimensional Color, Balayage, and Highlighting. I enjoy the challenge it brings and how creative I get to be. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and my fur babies and singing with the worship team at church.
