THE FOUNDERS
Danny and Jacqueline Hughes, a vibrant, innovative beauty professional team, have
established successful Salons and Spas in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for more than 10 years.
Jacqueline Hughes has taken her team to the United States Hair Styling Awards,
bringing home a 1st Place trophy in both the Men’s and Women’s divisions.
Trained in New York and Dallas, Mrs. Hughes is a licensed Cosmetologist and a
certified instructor of Micro-Dermabrasion. Mrs. Hughes also is a certified
instructor of Hair Extensions. Working together as a unified team, Danny and
Jacqueline strive to provide careers and security, as well as a prosperous
future, for their team of professionals. In early 2008, Danny and Jacqueline
completed Salon & Spa Business College. With this education, they are able
to provide tenable careers, superior levels of education, and a variety of
employee benefits. With the structured systems in place, the Avanté team
members are experiencing rapid growth and are able to become shareholders. A
deep passion for the beauty business and a strong belief that everyone deserves
to be pampered drives these professionals’ goal for excellence in service. Our
emphasis on individual consultation assures that each guest receives the very
best service available.
